Description: Chanca Piedra translates to “stone breaker” or “shatter stone”. It has been traditionally used to relieve kidney stones. It is a very effective herb for clearing the body of stones, Its properties prevents calcium-oxalate stones from forming and reduces the size of existing stones.

Preparation:

Infusion- bring water to a boil, then add 1-2 tbsp of herb then let simmer on very low heat for 15-30 mins, sweeten with honey, agave, or stevia leaf if needed.
